1340182 Ontario Limited And Kazembe & Associates Professional Corporation

The Applicant, Canadian Imperial Bank Of Commerce under section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. B-3, as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. c-43, as amended and appoints MNP Ltd. as receiver of 1340182 Ontario Limited And Kazembe & Associates Professional Corporation without security over all the assets, undertakings, and property subject to approval by the Court.

On August 27, 2024, the Receiver filed an assignment in bankruptcy for 1340182 Ontario Ltd., which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada and which became effective on August 29, 2024, MNP (in such capacity, the “Trustee”) was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the Company’s bankruptcy estate, subject to affirmation by the creditors at the first meeting of creditors (“FMOC”).
