On January 24, 2024, Adara Properties Inc. operating as Officescape Canada filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on January 25, 2024. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estate subject to affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors ("FMOC"). The FMOC will be held on February 13, 2024, at 11:00 AM  Toronto Time through MS Teams call.
