Florentine Financial Corporation and A&H Asset Auctions Inc.

The Applicant, 1000877740 Ontario Inc. has made an application for an order substantially, pursuant to s. 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C-43 and/or s. 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, R.S.C. 1985, c.B-3 of the Personal Property Security Act R.S.O. 1990 c.P.10 to discharge and replace Grant Thornton Limited and appointing MNP Ltd. as Court-appointed receiver, without security, over all of the assets, undertakings and property of the Respondent, Florentine Financial Corporation and A&H Asset Auctions Inc., to be heard on September 26, 2024.
