MNP Ltd., the successor of The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver (the "Receiver") of Gill's Vacuum Service Ltd. ("Gill's"), One Earth Environmental Solutions Inc. and 2012613 Alberta Ltd. (collectively the "Companies") on November 18, 2022 pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King's Bench of Alberta.

The Receiver is requesting offers to purchase the Companies land and buildings located at:

• 124 Main Street, Kinsella, Alberta consists of a commercial building with a warehouse and office/ living space.
• 321 Main Street, Kinsella, Alberta consists of an industrial building with warehouse and small office area situated on a 1.01 acre lot.
• SOLD – NE Corner, Main Street and Second Avenue, Kinsella, Alberta consists of a residential corner lot ready for development.

Pursuant to the Approval and Vesting Order granted on May 21, 2024, the Receiver has engaged an auctioneer to auction the two remaining properties. The bid deadline is August 21, 2024. Details can be found as follows:
