Megaocean International Group Inc.

On February 7, 2024, Megaocean International Group Inc., formerly known as Pangea Foody Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on February 8, 2024. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estate subject to affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors ("FMOC"). The FMOC will be held on February 28, 2024, at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time through MS Teams call. To attend the meeting, the credentials are mentioned under Creditor's Package uploaded on this webpage.
