WG Vineyard Niagara Inc. and WG Domaine Niagara Inc.

On April 25, 2024, WG Vineyard Niagara Inc. and WG Domaine Niagara Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy separately, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on the same day. MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estates subject to affirmation by the creditors at the First Meeting of Creditors ("FMOC").

The FMOC of bankrupt estates will be held on May 13, 2024 as per below listed timings:

- WG Vineyard Niagara Inc. at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time ("EST")

- WG Domaine Niagara Inc. at 10:30 AM EST

Both meeting will be conducted through MS Teams call. To attend the meetings, the credentials are mentioned under Creditor's Package uploaded on this webpage.
