2646590 Ontario Inc. (the “Company”) operated a restaurant. It was incorporated in 2018 in the province of Ontario. The Company made an assignment in bankruptcy on April 17th, 2024.

2651082 Ontario Inc. also operating as Kings Buffet London filed an assignment on the 30th day of June, 2022, and MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee, subject to affirmation by the creditors at the first meeting of creditors.

2663308 Ontario Inc. operated a Mobil franchised gas station and convenience store at 387 Maidstone Avenue, Essex, Ontario. MNP was appointed receiver of this company on February 9, 2024 by Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

The Applicant, The Toronto-Dominion Bank, make an application for an order substantially, pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, RSC 1985, c. B-3 , as amended and section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, c. C 43 , as amended, and appoints MNP Ltd. as receiver of 2668438 Ontario Inc. without security over all the assets, undertakings, and property.

2670201 Ontario Inc., o/a Coras Breakfast & Lunch Waterloo (the “Company”) operated a restaurant. It was incorporated in 2018 in the province of Ontario. The Company made an assignment in bankruptcy on November 22nd, 2023.

2702347 Canada Inc. filed an assignment in bankruptcy on April 8, 2024 and MNP Ltd. was named as Trustee to the file.

On November 3, 2022, MNP Ltd. was appointed as an investigatory, non-possessory receiver without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and properties of 2722959 Ontario Ltd. and of the related or associated entity, 2156775 Ontario Limited pursuant to section 101 of the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. C.43, as amended.

On May 8, 2024, 2724393 Ontario Inc. filed as assignment in Bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and became effective on May 9, 2024.
