On May 24, 2023, Xirix Network Corporation filed an assignment in bankruptcy, which was accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada and became effective on May 25, 2023 and MNP Ltd. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee, subject to affirmation by the creditors at the first meeting of creditors which is scheduled on Ju ne 13, 2023.

Yorkton Plumbing & Heating Ltd. (the "Company") owned and operated a plumbing and heating company based out of Yorkton, Saskatchewan. On December 24th, 2020, Justice Sally Gomery appointed MNP LTD. as receiver in respect of the property for Yuk Cheung Lee located 330 & 332 Wilbrod Street. The appointment of the Receiver became necessary as the debtor was unable to enter into a firm purchase and sale agreement, unable to arrange for insurance and ceased to pay for utilities.
