Canadians And Insolvency The 200 Crisis
In today’s economic climate, there simply is no denying the facts. Canadians are struggling and the near future isn’t looking too bright. In fact, in a recent MNP Consumer Debt Sentiment Survey, 56 percent of Canadians said they would be financially devastated if their monthly income was depleted by just $200. With a weakened loonie, an ever-increasing cost-of-living and unemployment rolling through several Canadian provinces, that $200 shift isn’t too far away for many.
