"For the first time in many years, we have hope again."

Our debt problem had been overwhelming us for several years before we finally called MNP in Red Deer to see if there was any way they could help. Because we are well into our senior years, we weren't sure they could do anything for us. We just felt hopeless. We finally called and made an appointment to meet with an MNP representative. We are so glad we did - should have done it years before.
The rep was professional, friendly and respectful. She was competent and knowledgeable and after carefully reviewing our situation was able to come up with a couple of possible solutions for us. She clearly explained the benefits and drawbacks of each scenario and helped us choose the right one. Then, she outlined the journey ahead and helped us get started with the paperwork. When we returned to the office to formally sign the required documents, we were assisted by another staff member as well as meeting with the trustee by a video conference. Everyone concerned with the process at MNP was courteous, competent and very helpful.
From then on, we felt like a huge weight had been lifted off us. For the first time in many years, we have hope again. Thank you, everyone at the Red Deer MNP Office.
