"The thing which stays with me is the humanity and sensitivity shown to me in every interaction."
I received my certificate of discharge from bankruptcy today. My finances are in order and I have learned a lot in 21 months which will serve me well in the years ahead. In the past, financial issues instilled fear in me, to the point where I basically froze and did not act in my own best interests. I lived with guilt and shame from not "taking care of business" which further complicated my life. From MNP staff I received the support needed to move from a state of powerlessness to a state of actually managing my financial life. The thing which stays with me is the humanity and sensitivity shown to me in every interaction. It really helped me to realize that, while I made a bad situation for myself, I was not a bad person. This freed me to act better in financial matters. I remain grateful to the MNP staff in the Sydney office for their unflinching support during a demanding time. The fresh start is just what I needed. Your excellent, prompt and helpful communication skills made a tremendous impact on me. Thank you both for your professional support and kindness. I remain grateful to you for all that you do.
